Common questions

How does the subscription work?

Arthora CRM is a yearly subscription. The moment you pay, your account is created automatically — a password-set link and GST invoice arrive by email. The plan runs for one year; in the last 30 days the app shows a renewal reminder, and paying again extends your validity by another year.

Can I try it before buying?

Absolutely — there is a 7-day free trial with no card required. Click "Start free trial" above and your account is ready in 2 minutes. After the trial the account locks, but your data is never deleted — buying a plan unlocks the same account instantly.

How do user limits work?

Starter includes 5 users, Growth 15 and Enterprise unlimited (you count as one). You add members yourself from the Team & Users page — the system simply won't allow more than your plan's limit. Need more seats? Upgrade your plan and the new limit applies immediately.

Is my data safe?

Yes — every business gets its own isolated workspace with OTP-based sign-in. Your data is visible only to your users, it is backed up automatically every day, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

Can I export my data?

Anytime — the "Download my data" button in Automation & Setup exports everything (leads, orders, calls, all of it) as a JSON file. Your data always belongs to you.

Does it create GST invoices?

Yes — sales orders produce a professional tax invoice with items, GST% (CGST/SGST or IGST), bank details and amount-in-words, ready to print or save as PDF. Purchase orders work the same way.

How long does setup take?

A trial account is ready in 2 minutes. Your old leads and contacts import from CSV in minutes. The Growth plan also includes a free onboarding session where we train your team.

How do I get support?

Over WhatsApp (92515 41185) and email (support@arthora.in). Inside the app, the Saar Help button (bottom-right) answers questions about every feature, and a step-by-step User Manual with screenshots is always available.

What happens if I don't renew?

Your account locks, but your data stays completely safe. Whenever you renew, everything comes back exactly as you left it. There is also a 7-day refund policy — no risk on your first purchase.

I also need accounting and GST returns — is that here?

That is Arthora ERP — full double-entry accounting, GST returns from GSTR-1 to 9C, inventory, payroll and TDS. It is a separate product with its own plans, and it also has a 7-day free trial.
