1. What we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, email address and phone number, used to create and support your workspace.
- CRM data — the leads, contacts, deals, orders, documents and other records your team enters into the product. This data belongs to you.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). We never see or store your card/UPI details.
- Usage & logs — basic technical logs (login times, audit trail) to keep the service secure.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support the service.
- To send OTP sign-in codes, invoices and service updates over email.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use your CRM data for advertising.
3. Storage & security
- Data is stored on reputed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS).
- Access to your workspace is protected by password + email OTP, with role-based permissions inside your team.
- An audit log records important actions in your workspace.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment gateway), and only to the extent required. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Your rights
- Request a copy/export of your data.
- Request correction or deletion of your account data.
