1. The service
Arthora CRM (customer relationship management) and Arthora ERP (accounting, GST, inventory and payroll) are cloud-based business software offered as yearly subscriptions. By purchasing a plan or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription & accounts
- Plans are billed yearly in advance. Your workspace is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Each plan has a user limit, stated on the pricing page and on each product's page at the time of purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices for future renewal periods with prior notice.
3. Your data
- All data you enter (leads, contacts, orders, documents) belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service.
- You can request an export of your data at any time by writing to us.
- You must not upload unlawful content or use the service to send spam.
4. Availability & support
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided over email (and WhatsApp for paid customers) on business days.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthora Technologies' total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current billing year. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice. On termination, we retain your data for 30 days for export, after which it may be deleted.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the proprietor's registered place of business shall have jurisdiction.
